Overall administrative duties of the Graduate School

• Comprehensive Examination
• Entrance Examination for Integrated Master's and Doctoral Degree Programs
• Degree Dissertation (research achievements, academic advisor, dissertation proposal, dissertation examination, etc.)
• Graduation (graduation assessment, academic award, achievement award, graduation ceremony, honorary doctoral degree conferrals, etc.)
• Duties relating to research ethics

• Entrance Examination (new, transfer, and re-admitted students)
• Department (field of study) management
• Duties relating to student support (student welfare, employment statistics, student council support, etc.)
• University-industry cooperative education programs, duties relating to Industry-University-Research Cooperation agreements
• Refund of tuition fees before the commencement of each semester

• Admission application (new, current, transfer, re-admitted and credit registration students, etc.)
• Financial aids (internal and external statistics, government-guaranteed student loan program support)
• Incentives for research activities
• Management of office supplies (equipment, etc.)

• Curriculum proposals, updates, and approvals
• Academic affairs (course registration [incl. those who have completed a degree], grade management, academic calendar, etc.)
• Change of academic status (temporary absence, return/re-enrollment, department transfer & major change, completion assessment, etc.)
• Refund of tuition fees for students who have withdrawn voluntarily
• Intensive completion system and education space

• Foreign Language Examination (primary and secondary)
• Registration of completed research students
• Laboratory fees, accounting support
• Student ID card (Smart Card )
• Lecture rooms and seminar rooms
• Duties relating to use of an official seal
