New Issuance for New Students
- Application period: At the beginning of every semester (Check the Notice section of the Graduate School homepage)
- Application procedure: Visit the Smart Card Application homepage at https://smart.chosun.ac.kr → Log in → Apply for a new smart card → Obtain approval from the Graduate School. (Those who receive a text message on the completion of issuance of a Smart Card shall visit the Graduate School office to collect it.)
- Time required for issuance: Three to four weeks
Issuance after Application Period / Re-issuance
Students can apply for a Smart Card at the Students Welfare Team of the Academic Affairs (2F Main Building ☎230-6104).
(Please bring your identification card and issuance fees.)
※Precautions
- An ID picture shall have a plain white background (aspect ratio 3:4).
- The file name shall be student ID number.
- Selfies and pictures with low quality and non-white background are not acceptable.
- Students shall consent to the use of personal, card, and bank information to issue a Smart Card.
